個人簡介
I was a graduate of the Early Childhood Education degree program from the Hong Kong Institute of Education in 2010 and I have a very strong teaching passion in Early Childhood Education. During my studying years, I got a lot of opportunities to practice in different kindergartens. After graduation, I have been working in Ming Wai International Preschool for almost six years. I have found out that all of these precious teaching experiences have strengthened my skills in classroom management, designing and planning activities for the children, understanding the daily routine in kindergartens and so on. I love children, and I enjoy tutoring children and helping them build confidence in their ability to achieve, both academically and socially. I want my students to have an all-rounded development in moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic aspects. And the most important thing is that I want my students to learn happily in kindergarten. I am an optimistic person who has a positive mindset and attitude all the time. I always carry a big smile on my face because I want to make people around me to be happy. I also take punctuality seriously. I love helping and interacting with different kinds of people. I always feel happy when people feel satisfied with my assistance and when I am able to turn some negative feelings into some positive compliments in the end with my patience and interpersonal skills. I am confident to say that I am a good and responsible kindergarten teacher and I hope that my personalities and working experiences are what you are looking for in recruiting a new teacher for your kindergarten.
本人曾任國際幼兒園的副主任,有8年的教育經驗,且曾任0至3嵗playgroup老師。本人為香港教育大學幼兒教育的榮譽學士(已附証書和工作証明),因此對教授幼兒有相當的知識和實戰經驗,對小朋友有愛心和耐性
